There was a new version of the Blackberry Facebook app that was released yesterday and then pulled back.
I just downloaded it and it works pretty good.

I downloaded it last night at like 11PM b/c there is supposed to be some new facebook places that is like foursquare, but there is no change at all between the old one and the new one that I can see.

Seems to be a little faster, but very little noticable change.
