I never understood that! I always thought it was me not being able to find them. It's been at least a year or two since I've bought wine from the state store. Now I just go to a winery and buy it. I'm hoping to stock up at the Gettysburg Wine Festival on the 11th and 12th. It's right next to the movie theatre so you can stagger over there afterwards and don't have to drive right home.
