My shoulder has a dull numbing pain.

I was playing basketball at the gym last night, I went to steal a pass to my guy, my left hand got the ball and I tried going to my right, he grabbed the ball with both hands and went to my left. His two out powered my one and my left shoulder popped out of socket. It hurt. I had to pop it back in like Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon. I have never had this happen before. So I am walking around trying to stretch it out and have my arms up over my head, and it pops out again!!! So I have to pop it back in again. This sucked.

Now I will not be able to play basketball or lift anything with my left arm for 2 to 4 weeks. What sucks even worse, is I am rather competitive at sports and play hard without thinking. Now I may dial that back a tad knowing that my shoulder might pop out of socket again.

I did take today off as a sick day though.
I was a Little League superstar, don't hate.
