I would like to dispell the "overmoderation" argument. We move things because people don't put them in the right places. Any time I have ever edited a post it was to get the link they posted to work since they couldn't do it themselves or to take away one of the zillion letters someone posted in a long line so that the page didn't scroll across for days.
With more members comes more idiots/noobs, and therefore, more moderating.
