My condo was built in 2007, I bought it last year for 1/3 of what it was originally sold for.

My house was built during the great depression.

I built my house in '94 and it is still worth double what I paid, it was almost 3 times at one point.

Mine was built in 04 and the people who had it built decided they didn't want it. Sat on the market for a year and right when the market got crazy was when I jumped on it. Hell, the guy was gonna raise the price if the contract fell through. I'd probably break even if I sold it now.

It's not too bad to get to it really. I have had it changed out for 30 minutes now already. He has a bad injector too though. He already found a ride and left. I'm not under pressure now.
