When I worked for TWCable, one of our tech went out to work on a customers cable modem and found his hard drive full of pron; midgets, gay, straight, animals, kids... you name it. He reported it to the corporate security people but they had no clue with to do with it. I told them to contact the authorities but I don't think they ever did. About two years later there was a communication regarding how to deal with such complaints sighting our techs experience.
