Probaly the saleman that hired him. I think he is only supposed to use it for greasy engines and mud. Stuff like that. Not for a slightly dusty car that is on the lot.

Not sure why they hired him either. Maybe they have too for legal reasons. He is 50 something, and kind of slow.
