This stuff is great. New Belgium brewery, same brewery that makes Fat Tire. To me, this is perfect summer beer. Light and crisp, refreshing, flavorfull. It is a summer seasonal brew, so I made a standing order for a case a week.
Basically the description on the bottle is dead accurate. Nice fresh citrus smell (nose?). Clean smooth drink, that has a taste of apricot. Not overwhelming at all. Not sweet apricot, just the basic taste of apricot. I'm a fan of peaches, nectarines, etc.. so this was delicious.
It finishes dry, which I love. I hate when a beer leaves my mouth feeling sugary, and syrupy, especially on a hot day. I'm thinking it has a ( "hoppy"?) finish, which some people don't like. It's not crazy hoppy, like sierra nevada pale ale though.
This is now my go to beer. I am looking forward to Wednesday, when it arrives.
