That's a deal breaker right there. I actually live in the house I have now because I was looking at the house down the street from it and it didn't have AC. As I was leaving I asked saw this one and told the realtor to check it out.

I do not live in a trailer park, many houses around here don't have AC, it's not so hot that it's unbearable, it's a dry heat. it gets a little uncomfortable but we can live with it
