no. I just don't do it enough to get really good at it. I want it to look all nice, and I can't. It's not my style to be sloppy.

I don't know how to set it up correctly either. I'm trying to weld up a broken inner door panel, where the window regulator bolts up. It's super thin metal. It's either too cold, or too hot, I can't find the perfect middle. The welding helmet sucks too, I can't see a thing out of it.

I am not too bad at it. I made a ladder for our boat... it has held my sister up so I must have done a pretty good job. I have a self darkening welding mask, as soon as it seems like it darkens... works great.

Those are nice. Flipping the mask up and down a million times is a real hasselhoff.

I want to buy a self darkening helmet. I only weld stuff once or twice a year though. When I worked on the farm, I was pretty good with a stick welder. This shop only has a wire welder thing with argon gas. I think the gas is out. That may have been why I couldn't get a good looking bead going. Also I didn't use the helmet, I used some really dark goggles though, and my eyes hurt now. I'll probally wake up screaming in pain later. It's happened before.

Put tea bags on your eyes if you get welder's flash. I've never had to do it, but I've been told it works good.
Everything I say is not true and all things I claim to have done or do are just made up for argument sake!!
